Webb Program Open Gates was created to allow university sdudents get to know the infrastructure searching closely the processes, tools and model of operation of Webb.  The programmed visits occur once every semester with duration of one day, being always followed by the management of each sector of the company.

During the meeting the most relevant Supply Chain processes are presented as well as the different ways Webb finds to guarantee cost reduction and service levels improvement in Procurement and Logistics.
 

Webb's Period of Training Program is destinated to form and to hold talents to assume junior positions in the company and to be an important social mechanism to input young people into the market, offering visibility and career perspective. The swap of information between Webb and the students is an important factor for mutual development, allowing Webb and students to get closer as partners.

The Program is focused toward university students up to two years for graduation in Engineerings or IT, with advanced level in some language and advanced knowledge in Office package. Candidates must also possess initiative, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, focus in result, high level of energy and good communication. 

Webb' Summer Job Program occurs only during vacation time – from December to February - where the trainee will have the chance to develop a project that, in case it's well evaluated, the trainee will be able to return for a Summer Job in another department at Webb in the next vacation time.

The candidates must be students of Brazilian or international universities, interested in knowing Supply Chain processes through the development of specific activities and about the relationship with professional specialists in the main categories related to the Procurement String.
